§ 1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kisa918 website located at kisa918.net, including all associated services, products, games, tools, and features offered by kisa918 (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing registration, accessing your kisa918 account, or placing any wager, bet, or game play on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation.

kisa918 is intended for use by players in Malaysia. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. kisa918 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any particular location.

§ 3 Account Registration

To access gaming services on kisa918, you must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one kisa918 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by any one individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your kisa918 account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate;
• Not register using false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information;

§ 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

kisa918 supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others), and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed on the payments page of the kisa918 Platform.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kisa918 does not accept deposits from payment sources belonging to third parties. Funds deposited into your kisa918 wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. kisa918 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the payments page. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. kisa918 does not accept responsibility for delays attributable to banking intermediaries or e-wallet service providers.

kisa918 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount involved is significant or where the source of funds is unclear. Such checks are conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

§ 5 Bonuses & Promotions

kisa918 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which will specify, among other things:

• The eligible games and game categories;
• The wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit amount) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• The time period within which wagering requirements must be completed;
• The maximum bet per spin or per round while a bonus is active;

kisa918 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or where a player has placed bets in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than for genuine entertainment purposes. Where kisa918 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, any associated winnings may be voided and the relevant account suspended.

§ 6 Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the kisa918 Platform:

• Use automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human mechanism to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engage in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players for the purpose of gaining unfair advantage;
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to generate winnings beyond the intended operation of those games;
• Use the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information to kisa918 at any time;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or system forming part of the kisa918 Platform;
• Create or use more than one kisa918 account for any purpose.

§ 7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the kisa918 Platform — including live dealer casino games, video slots, sportsbook markets, and Toto 4D — operate in accordance with individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game provider's documentation. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed outcome in a game interface and the outcome recorded on kisa918's servers, the server-recorded result shall be definitive.

Random number generator (RNG) based games on kisa918 use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. kisa918 does not influence game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published per game where required.

Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments. kisa918 is not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome as recorded on the game provider's server shall stand.

§ 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kisa918 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of kisa918 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kisa918 content without prior written permission from kisa918.

Your use of the kisa918 Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, or redistribute Platform content.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kisa918 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if kisa918 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kisa918's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your kisa918 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kisa918 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

§ 10 Termination

kisa918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• kisa918 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority;
• Your account is found to be associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• kisa918 determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your account presents a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be voided. Genuine funds — meaning deposits not subject to any bonus conditions — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and after any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms.

§ 11 Privacy

kisa918's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the kisa918 Privacy Policy, available at kisa918.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

§ 12 Responsible Gaming

kisa918 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling. Where kisa918 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending verification, and any funds on account will be frozen during that period.

§ 13 Amendments

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kisa918 is licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority.
